BASIC MAINTENANCE PLAN
Our basic maintenance package targets key areas prone to deferred maintenance, ultimately minimizing the risk of costly repairs. This is an opt-in monthly service plan to help you budget for these important needs.
Plan include:
- Annual roof treatment
- Annual Gutter Cleaning
- Winterization of foundation vents and water spigots with removal in spring
- Biannual furnace filter replacement
- Biannual Smoke/CO alarm testing and replacement as needed
- Biannual Bathroom and kitchen caulking inspection and re-caulking for water intrusion prevention
- Biannual Sink drain and under cabinet inspections and drain tightening
With our proactive approach to maintenance, your property is in good hands, allowing you to enjoy peace of mind and maximize your investment returns.
Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal
